What Happens When I Make an Order?
- Once you have placed the order; confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Summarize and acknowledge your order. The email will consists of order number, the items ordered, the shipping method chosen, personal details as well as your shipping address. If you need to make any changes to your information. Kindly contact us immediately.
- Some of our products are handmade and individually produced for you therefore for made to order pieces, it will be shipped in 10-14 days from the time the order is placed.We do carry certain designs as instock. For instock items, order will be processed in 1-2 working days.
- Your parcel is dispatched; and shipment notification email is sent to you.
- Your parcel has been picked up by our courier service. Email consists of your tracking number. Follow the link in the email to track your order.
Can I Update my Order?
To make changes to your order, kindly contact us before your order being dispatched. We can't change the order once it's dispatched.
Can I Cancel the Order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours from the time of purchase.

Do you Make All of your Pieces?
Our team personally hand-stamps, drills, polishes, and assembles each of our made-to-order pieces. While we do collaborate with a few partners worldwide to source materials, components, and products, we ensure that all partners, both locally and internationally, are compensated fairly.
Our commitment to ethical sourcing and production is unwavering. Every item leaving our studio undergoes rigorous quality checks by our team and is lovingly hand-packaged.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the Expected Delivery Timeframe?
UK orders are Shipped via Royal Mail. Upgraded shipping methods are available at checkout. Please refer to the checkout page for more details.
For international orders, we ship with Royal Mail International, depending on the country and region. Shipping times can vary between 1-4 weeks.
Once your order arrives in the country of destination, it may be subject to the country’s taxes and/or custom duties. Shoot The Moon Gifts is not responsible for these fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at the time of delivery/pickup for imported goods.
Will there be Customs or Duty Fees Applied to my Order?
Import taxes, duties, and associated customs fees may be levied upon the package's arrival in the destination country. The specific duties are contingent on the declared "value" of the items enclosed in the package.
Shoot The Moon Gifts holds no responsibility for these charges. It is the customer's obligation to stay informed about potential fees that may apply during the delivery or pickup of imported merchandise.
Please note that not all packages are necessarily subject to duty or customs fees. Therefore, we advise contacting your local customs authorities for further information if you have any additional inquiries.
What if my Order is Returned or Lost in the Delivery?
- We will contact you once we receive the returned package of your order. We can arrange a resend/refund upon your request.
- Contact us if your order is not delivered in 2 weeks (UK orders); 5 weeks (International orders). We will arrange a replacement/refund upon your request.
Return & Exchange
What's the Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn, non-custom pieces within 28 days of delivery.
Does My Order Come with Warranty?
Yes! All STMG pieces have a 3-month warranty for chain or clasp defects, etc. Contact us right away if you are having issues and we will make sure you are taken care of!
UK Returns/Exchanges
Timeframe -- up to 28 days post-delivery
We offer return/exchange on unworn, non-custom pieces within 28 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Contact us and:
- Determine which return outcome you’d like:
- Exchange for the same item in a new length/size
- Exchange for a different item
- Return for store credit
- Return for refund back to original method of payment. Returns for refund are subject to a £2 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
2. Securely pack item(s) in the original packaging.
3. We will contact you and provide the return address upon the request. Send the return order/items within 7 days of return request.
Our team will process your return/exchange once the item is received at our warehouse.
International Returns/Exchanges
Timeframe -- up to 28 days

Chains Replacement: If your chain breaks, we offer an Adjustable Cable Chain.

Why Does my Credit Card Keep Getting Rejected?
To prevent fraudulent orders, we have set measures in place to ensure maximum security.
Ensure that your billing address, postal code, and your CVV pin number is accurate as the transaction will not go through if these details do not match.
If card has been declined over 3 times, please use another card.
