My initial order was lost in delivery , I contacted the seller Eva who was very apologetic , and assured me she would send a replacement .I received the items last week and they are absolutely lovely .( I ordered. The ruby earrings and my sis ordered ruby pendent ) I am rather pleased with customer service and would certainly order from company again .
